1垃圾焚燒煙氣CEMS中煙氣壓力測(ce)量一般(ban)采用擴(kuo)散硅法原理的壓力傳(chuan)感器。硅單(dan)晶材料在受到(dao)外(wai)力(li)作用(yong)產生極微小應(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)時,其內(nei)部院子(zi)(zi)結(jie)構(gou)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)能級狀態會發生變(bian)(bian)(bian)化,從(cong)而導致其電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率(lv)劇烈變(bian)(bian)(bian)化(G因子(zi)(zi)突變(bian)(bian)(bian))。用(yong)此材(cai)料制(zhi)成(cheng)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)也就出(chu)現(xian)極大(da)的變(bian)(bian)(bian)化,這種(zhong)物理效應(ying)(ying)稱為壓阻(zu)(zu)效應(ying)(ying)。利用(yong)壓阻(zu)(zu)效用(yong)原理,采用(yong)集成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)藝技(ji)術經過摻雜(za)、擴散,沿(yan)單(dan)晶(jing)硅片的特(te)點晶(jing)向,制(zhi)成(cheng)應(ying)(ying)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),構(gou)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)橋,利用(yong)硅材(cai)料特(te)性,再(zai)進行(xing)加工(gong)(gong)制(zhi)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)傳感器(qi),給傳感器(qi)安裝(zhuang)上相關配件,使(shi)之輸出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)標準信(xin)號。
2垃圾焚燒排放煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速的(de)測(ce)量通常采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)還是(shi)皮(pi)(pi)托(tuo)管法,比如S型(xing)皮(pi)(pi)托(tuo)管是(shi)由兩(liang)根相(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)金屬臂并聯組成,測(ce)量端為兩(liang)個(ge)大(da)(da)小(xiao)相(xiang)(xiang)等(deng)、方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)反的(de)開(kai)口。測(ce)量煙(yan)氣(qi)壓(ya)力時,一(yi)個(ge)開(kai)口面向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)氣(qi)流(liu),測(ce)定(ding)氣(qi)流(liu)的(de)全(quan)壓(ya);另一(yi)個(ge)開(kai)口背向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)氣(qi)流(liu),測(ce)定(ding)氣(qi)流(liu)的(de)靜(jing)(jing)壓(ya)。由于背對氣(qi)流(liu)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)測(ce)得的(de)靜(jing)(jing)壓(ya)比氣(qi)流(liu)實際靜(jing)(jing)壓(ya)值小(xiao),因此,S型(xing)皮(pi)(pi)托(tuo)管的(de)皮(pi)(pi)拖管修正系數一(yi)般為0.84±0.01,在使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)前必須(xu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)標準皮(pi)(pi)托(tuo)管進行校正。S型(xing)皮(pi)(pi)托(tuo)管開(kai)口較大(da)(da),減少了(le)被(bei)塵粒堵塞的(de)可能性,適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于固(gu)定(ding)污染源(yuan)監測(ce)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
